Oral/Poster Presentation Guidelines

Information for Presenters

1. Oral Presentation Information

1.1 Presentation Schedule

- Date, time, and room of the oral session, please see the Presentation Schedule at 
              https://www.icem16.kmutt.ac.th/itinerary

- Presentation duration: 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A.

- Please arrive at the room at least 10 minutes before your session starts.

1.2 Venue & Room Layout

- Oral room layout showing podium, projector with HDMI cable, and audience seating. 

- Room style: 

Theatre: Auditorium, 3rd floor, LX building, KMUTT. 

Classroom: Studio 3-3 Room and Transforming Knowledge Room 3-1, 3rd floor, LX building, KMUTT.

- Available equipment: Computer, Projector with HDMI cable, Pointer, Microphone.

1.3 Preparation & File Submission

- Accepted file formats: .ppt, .pptx, .pdf 

- Screen ratio: ICEM2025 utilizes a widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio for all presentations. 

- File naming format: Code_Name.pptx (for example O-S3-04.pptx according to
              https://www.icem16.kmutt.ac.th/itinerary)

- Style guide and templates for slides according to '3. Templates & Resources' below

- Presenters may choose one of the following two options:

1. Use your own computer for the presentation. HDMI cables will be provided in each presentation room.

2. Use the computer prepared by the organizing team. You may upload your presentation file via the following link:
   https://forms.gle/2fXbK9ejchwsB7Vw7 by 23 November 2025.
   The organizing team will download your file and prepare it on the presentation computer in advance.

1.4 Presentation Tips

- Present in English.

- Use visuals instead of text-heavy slides.

- Rehearse your talk to fit the time limit.

- Keep a backup copy on a flash drive or cloud storage.

2. Poster Presentation Information

2.1 Poster Session Schedule
  - Date, time and room of the poster session. (please see the Presentation Schedule at
            https://www.icem16.kmutt.ac.th/itinerary)

- Time to be present for Q&A. (please see the Presentation Schedule at
              https://www.icem16.kmutt.ac.th/itinerary)

- Venue and assigned Poster Board ID.

2.3 File Submission

  - Please upload the your poster files to https://forms.gle/2fXbK9ejchwsB7Vw7 by 23 November 2025.
